A service designed to let you relax and enjoy your special day.

With so many people contributing to the day it is essential that there is someone there to discretely manage all activities, from ensuring that the venue is set up correctly, to making the final payments on your behalf.

We've all been to weddings where there have been those uncomfortable moments where nobody knows what they should be doing and what's going to happen next. WeddingJules will meet with you on 2 occasions prior to the big day to ensure the 'flow' of the day works. We will produce a timeline that will be distributed to every supplier and on the day WeddingJules will discretely do any last minute running around that is necessary to make the day run smooth.

Pre-Wedding Co-ordination - bespoke

A service designed to give you a helping hand in those last few stressful weeks before your wedding day.

You may find that as your wedding approaches days start to feel shorter and the list of arrangements seems to be getting longer, this is where WeddingJules can help.

This is a bespoke service which will allow WeddingJules to help you on the areas that you need the most, it might be that you want all your bookings confirmed or you may feel that you now want to hand it over to someone you can rely on so that you can concentrate on enjoying the day.

Diamond Service

Full Wedding Co-ordination - bespoke

A service designed to give you the support you require from the early planning stages through to the big day itself.

With the average wedding taking 250 hours to organise couples often find it essential to commission a wedding co-ordinator to perform a lot of the time consuming tasks and to take away the stress that often accompanies organising such an important event. WeddingJules will work with you to make your special day perfect.

Some couples already have a very good idea how they want their day to be and want support to turn that dream into a reality, this may involve finding a venue, arranging and managing suppliers, being a single point of contact and of course being there on the day to ensure that it all runs smoothly.

Other couples require more input at the beginning and WeddingJules are there to offer advice, guidance and inspiration on both the ceremony and reception.

This service is designed to help you choose the right venue for your perfect day.

You may want a venue where you will spend the entire day from ceremony through to your wedding night or a venue for your reception only.

Whatever your requirements we will provide you with a choice of up to 3 venues that meet your requirements.

Amethysts Service

Supplier Search from £50 per supplier

Good, reliable suppliers are a key element of a successful wedding day but it can be extremely time consuming sourcing them. This is where we can help. As an independent company we will only recommend suppliers with the highest standards of service that we feel will fully meet your requirements.
